Jupiters Matcha glänzt je nach Lichteinfall in metallischen Tönen, denn die lokale Erde entwickelt hier eine gold- und blau-grünlich schillernde Oberfläche. Ein Aschetropfen bildete sich am Boden der Schale./ Depending on the angle of the light, Jupiter’s Matcha shimmers in metallic tones, as the local clay develops a surface with iridescent gold and blue-green hues. A drop of ash formed at the bottom of the bowl.

Gelb, Eisblau, dunkles Blau und Weiß – was hier passiert ist, verdanken wir dem Feuer. Zwei mal wurde diese Schale gebrannt wodurch die mehrschichtige Marmorierung entstand./ Yellow, icy blue, deep blue, and white—the fire is responsible for what happened here. This bowl was fired twice, creating the multilayered marbling that now unfolds across its surface.

Hier verwendeten wir lokalen wilden Lehmton der als Schlick aufgetragen wurde. Bei sehr hohen Temperaturen schmilzt dieser besondere Ton schwarz aus, entwickelt  blau - weiße Kaskaden und ölig irisierende metallische Farben / Here we used local, wild clay, which was applied as a slip. At very high temperatures, this special clay melts to a black color, develops blue-white cascades, and oily, iridescent metallic colors.

Diese wunderbare flache Schale besticht mit ihrer Haptik und ihren warmen Rot-Orange-Tönen. Außen schon angedeutet, eröffnet sich im Inneren der Schale je nach Lichteinfall ein in Goldbronze schimmernder Kosmos. Es lebe der gefundene wilde Ton, der hier seinen Zauber im Feuer vollbracht hat./ This wonderful shallow bowl captivates with its tactile surface and its warm shades of red and orange. Hinted at on the exterior, a cosmos of shimmering gold-bronze tones reveals itself within, changing with the light. Long live wild-found clay, whose magic has been brought to life here through the fire.

Ein wilder Ton aus Griechenland gibt Marsrock diese kosmische rote Farbe. Je nach Lichteinfall schillert sie von Grün bis Schwarz im ölig-metallischen Glanz. Dicke Tropfen geschmolzenen Tones bilden die Unterseite von Marsrock / A wild clay from Greece gives Marsrock this cosmic red color. Depending on the fall of light, it shimmers from green to black with an oily, metallic luster. Thick droplets of molten clay form the underside of Marsrock.

Under very high temperatures, this unique clay vitrifies into a black finish, creating cascades of blue and white alongside an oily, iridescent metallic sheen—visible here inside the bowl.

Diese wilde Erde im Inneren von Silver Star wirkt wie eine Elementumwandlung der Alchemie und katapultiert uns in eine andere Galaxie. Es leuchtet einem das Universum entgegen und das Auge kann dem Funkeln kaum folgen – je nachdem, wie das Licht einfällt, mal metallisch blau, mal silber glänzend./The wild earth within Silver Star feels like an alchemical transmutation, catapulting us into another galaxy. The universe shines out toward you, and the eye can hardly keep up with the shimmer—shifting from metallic blue to a silver glow, depending on how the light hits it.
